·   Directed the recruitment, selection, and cultivation of motivated individuals to teach in high-needs schools and subject areas in San Antonio, Texas.

·   Ensured the program met recruitment and training contract goals by:

Ø       Creating and executing a comprehensive recruitment plan to attract high caliber applicants

Ø       Managing a rigorous selection process to ensure high quality Fellows admitted to program

Ø       Identifying, selecting, training and managing over thirty part-time and seasonal staff

Ø       Representing the program by speaking publicly at program and community events

Ø       Planning and facilitating program events, including those related to recruitment, selection, training and professional development

Ø       Creating and conducting professional development sessions for Fellows
